We had a great stay in this family-friendly hotel. Its location walk from a bakery and a supermarket was great and decent. The airport was 30 minutes' drive away. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating throughout 2 days of our stay.
Well, Wi-Fi was weak.

My room included central heating and TV. The location was peaceful to the big supermarket, walk from a bus stop. Again, it was 1 mile from Galpin Auto Sports...

Quiet location within about 30 mins from centre of Dubrovnik with family members either living in same location or visiting daily.
No big problems but the family need to explain clearly what they do and do not provide i.e. not given towels when I arrived only when queried it of the son a few days later. Also didnt realise the fridge in the hall with water and fruit juice was for guests until Nikola told me after a couple of days. Suggest a notice in the room pointing out these two issues. Also, found the sheets uncomfortable in hot weather - need tobe cotton or poly/cotton mix sheets.

The only positive feature of the accommodation was the view over the town from the balcony.
The location was difficult to find and it is a fair way from the town. On arrival we had to find some one to find the owner to let us in; the fridge was not even turned on; there were no cups or glasses in the room. There was a 'shared kitchen' inside the front door with limited cups and glasses. Our passports were taken away and on the day we were leaving, we had to go to the tourist centre who informed us that the owner could be found at the supermarket near the bus stop. The tourist information rang to say that we needed our passports and to pay for our stay. She arranged for us to meet the owner at the bus stop to pay and collect our passports.

The location of Jele Rooms is unbeatable, being right next to the bus station which is very convenient. the room we stayed in was newly furnished and neat, with great views and a cooled water bottle provided. We enjoyed exploring the Gruz district during our 3-night stay at Jele Rooms.

This is a room within part of one family's home, which means you have the benefit of a warm and attentive welcome but also enough privacy once the door's locked. The owner speaks excellent English. The old town is about a half hour walk from the bus station, and Jele Rooms is midway between the two, so I found it as good a location as you could hope for in Dubrovnik.

The studio suite was modern. The bathroom was modern style, included a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. The location was amazing close to the port and the staff here was affable and accommodating.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is handy to the bus depot and the port, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. it is very close to the old town, allowing easy access to historical sites. the helpful staff provided detailed information on which bus to take to get to the bus station.
The size of the room was quite small, making it a bit cramped for movement.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. Our host was lovely--met us at the bus station, fixed us a snack upon arrival, gave us a mini briefing about the city over a map. The room was impeccibly clean. Very positive expereience and would definitely stay again.
Location is halfway between the main bus station and old town--for us, this was a plus, but for some, the location might be too far from old town. It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk it.

Stayed for 3 nights and was impressed by this family-friendly hotel. Got twin room with the balcony as well as the fridge as expected. It had an unbeatable location - near a department store. The restaurant was fantastic, and the staff amiable.

The family who owns the place was very nice and helpful. We arrived late in the evening but that was not a problem. Our room was perfectly clean and spacious. Nice bathroom and kitchenette. Location was fine, a little away from the most crowded areas. We would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here :)
